While quarantining for COVID-19, I was in my room the entire time. Because I was living with roommates, I took all precautions while going to our shared spaces like the bathroom and the kitchen. This was a very conflicting time. While I was tired of staying indoors and wanted to get out, I also did not want to leave my room and wished my bathroom and kitchen could come to me so I would not be a risk to anyone and I would not have to keep wearing a mask.
As a solution to this problem, I compressed the distance between my room and the bathroom, and my room and the kitchen.
