Playing cards has always been a treasured activity at gatherings. The fun is not only in playing, but also in watching the amusing behaviour and competitive spirit of the people playing. My love for it has only grown since the pandemic when playing cards became a daily family ritual of bonding and stress relief.
Since then, I have become more reminiscent of fond experiences I have had playing different card games with different people and decided to embed them within the suit of hearts. So, there are thirteen of them, with a Joker as a bookmark, because every card pack is incomplete without one. The illustrations accompanying the experiences form the Suit That Has My Heart!
